Sales lease back

Sale-leaseback is a creative financing technique where an investor acquires a property to immediately lease it back to the occupant/seller over a long-term.

Using a Sale-Leaseback arrangement, a business receives market value of the asset while still retaining long-term control and makes cash available to use the income from their property on their core operations.

We assist investors by locating assets in Dubai, structuring and restructuring sale-leaseback agreements and provide consulting on key negotiating factors such as the sale price, the rental rate and term of the lease.

In partnership with our affiliate general contractors, we can administer the complete construction process including performing feasibility studies, providing accurate and timely estimates, developing project budget, requesting proposals, evaluating and awarding of bids, contract preparation, on-site supervision and periodic updates to the budget.
